And asks them questions, of course.

They don't have to answer truthfully, but they should be aware that every single last thing they're saying might very well end up in the final cut.

That's what makes it fun! It'd be boring to see only happy people all the time and it's boring to see depressed people all the time too. Up and down, up and down, humans make the best expressions, hehe!

[ well he's still more partial to the misery end of the spectrum but it's not like he can't appreciate hope in a sense because it makes the despair that much better. he's changed a little being here even if he really only cares about tsukasa's happiness, but hey that's definite progress.

and he's not like the grinch ~~akechi who wants everyone to be miserable, so~. ]~~

[Hm.......... Well. Tsukasa frowns a little bit at that, arms crossed.]

I suppose without feeling upset sometimes, we wouldn't be able to appreciate that happiness...

Still. [STILL. His entire dream is bringing smiles to people, so.] I'd rather see people happy, given the choice.

[Somehow Minami knows exactly how to puff Tsukasa up in just the right way.

Because yeah, he is immediately preening like a peacock again at that.

Still, beaming as he is, he comes back down to earth after a moment, clearing his throat.]

Ah, but this is your interview, Minami. I still have one more question for you.

Have you been able to get along with any of the other contestants this week?

[Entirely cluelessly, he's beaming over here.]

I understand that you have no obligation to enjoy anyone's company, but this would be a very long four weeks without anyone to spend time with, I would think.

[ not that he necessarily prefers it but he does prefer it to most company? anyway he's doing his best :nyaf: impression so tsukasa should probably tread carefully on how much he wants to keep exploring this line of questioning.

[Ah... his brows come together and he gets a little bit of a frown at that. Mostly because, well... even if Minami is used to being alone, that doesn't mean--]

Well... so long as you aren't lonely, I suppose.

[He knows Minami is bad at talking about most things to do with emotion regardless, so asking any further about people he likes is probably fruitless.]

I'm still happy to hear about your progress, regardless. Ah--and that is the last proper question I have for you, too.

I'm not! [ even without having invaded tsukasa's everything his answer would be the same because this is so much more exciting than Hell. with tsukasa it means he's having a great time honestly. ]

That feels like it was so long ago at this point, and it was only two weeks... Tsukasa pauses as he... remembers... and then he coughs into a hand and looks away, cheeks lightly flushed.

They are in front of the cameras though, Minami...!!]

Y-yes, well. My answer back then was... [HE WAS SO CONFIDENT IN IT, TOO. WHAT HAPPENED.]

--never mind. Did you have another question to ask?

[ minami's of course giggling, very pleased with himself. ]

I do~. If you had to be a fruit, what kinda fruit would you be?

[ revenge of the week 1 questions! even if tsukasa probably didnt have to answer this one. though really, this is all just minami being silly because that blush is more than enough to satisfy him. ]

[It's okay, he'll answer.

Because, of course:]

Aha! A starfruit, naturally!

[ minami can do nothing else other than to grin and burst out laughing. of course it's a starfruit, which is so silly and so dumb and—he likes tsukasa a whole lot.

[ he stands and stretches himself with a yawn. ]

Unfortunately, Tsukasa does not see it as one at all. Fortunately (?) Tsukasa also sweeps right by it.]

Oh, no, that isn't necessary. I'm simply pleased that there will be equivalent footage of you as well.

I feel as though I've done my job properly this way.

[ awww, well he tried. he's distracted by the commentary anyway. ]

But being proper all the time wouldn't have gotten you this ☆.

[ surely no one thought he would behave for an entire interview? he made it through the important parts and that's what counts. plus there's a brief flickering of electricity entirely coincidentally and not related to magic in anyway, so the cameras won't see when he dips in for a quick kiss regardless. ]

Tsukasa has gotten used to being kissed--and to kissing--Minami, of course, after all of this. Minami is not shy about being affectionate, after all.

He has not, however, gotten used to getting kissed when he knows the cameras are running, and even if the lights flicker and the cameras miss it, Tsukasa looks firmly frazzled after that.]

M-Minami--!

They call those techinical glitches, right? [ he resists the extreme urge to kiss tsukasa again since that expression is one of his favorites, and instead smooths out the impulse by straightening out a fly-away strand of blonde hair. (that he literally just caused.) ]

There, you look good for your next interview!

[Wheezes.........

He just presses a hand to his face for a moment, before he straightens, clearing his throat.

Menace.]

... Fine, since I am all set for the next interview--I won't say anything else about it.

[Because he didn't hate it, despite his fussing over the cameras.]
