Tsukasa accepts it almost reverently, blinking as he does. In truth, he's the sort of person to like any gift--because gifts are a sign of thinking of someone, and what's more precious than to be in someone else's thoughts?

Minami went out on a date and brought him back a gift, and that's...

And for it to be a gift that represents him so well, too! He really can't help himself; he's always been a person who tends towards loud emotions, whether they be happiness or sadness or anger, and this is no different. So there are tears in his eyes as he processes this, holding the pin carefully in his hands.

Y-you... while you were out on your date, you thought of me...? [and thought of him being a star, at that!!]

Of course I did. [ his red eyes blink, curious. he knows those aren't sad tears innately, but he also don't know what to do here. ]

I wanted to be on a date with you, so this was the next best thing. It'll be better when I get you something when we're on a date together.

[It's okay, Minami, he is just dumb and emotional about everything. Big emotions always, as Minami has already noticed.

I believe you. [ wholly, which is why the things he would normally tell himself fall flat. when he thinks about it, tsukasa hasn't ever done anything except be kind to him. it's no wonder he feels this way, to the point of bursting. ]

I'm gonna kiss you. [ and so he does, but instead of on the lips, it's on neck. he can't hold anymore of this affection, so they'll have to share. ]

[It's cute that Minami always makes sure to warn him these days.

And thankfully, Tsukasa's gotten used to Minami's affectionate nature enough to not jump out of his skin when he presses his lips to Tsukasa's neck instead of his lips.

Instead, he tilts his head to give Minami better access, humming a little as he does. And, voice only a little shaky:]

it is cute and silly, and its something minami has taken upon himself to do on his own. if tsukasa had asked, he definitely would have refused. you can train a demon if you know what you're doing, or maybe if you don't know what you're doing at all. ]

[In Tsukasa's case, it is absolutely that he doesn't know what he's doing at all. It's fine. Forging ahead blindly has worked just fine for him so far.]

Of course, despite his words, his tone is shaky, and he lifts a head to thread his fingers through the strands of Minami's hair as he does.]

Ooh? Okay, then I won't hold back. [ because that sounds like a challenge to him. the fingers in his hair are nice too, so maybe it's just extra incentive, but regardless—he plants more kisses, each one lasting longer than the last.

the last time tsukasa needed to wear make up after one of their meetups wasn't done on purpose, but this time it is. no fangs because he's being gentle, but he can use the rest of his teeth and his tongue just fine. ]

[Perhaps this was actually a mistake. He--actually isn't thinking about that at all, though. His single brain cell is taken up by Minami's teeth and tongue, to be totally frank, and it's going to need some time to remember literally anything else.]
